Bought Old Man Emu EL095R Springs for my 07 Taco about a month ago from Wheeler’s Off-road and when they finally arrived, I noticed one leaf pack had an “O” on it and the other side had an “I.” Called Wheeler’s and the guy said it doesn’t matter which side I put the O and I on - they haven’t seen a difference. Wasn’t satisfied with that answer so I called ARB USA and the guy said the O pack should be installed on the driver’s side to account for the “taco lean” and that the O pack has a 3mm difference compared to the “I” leaf pack.

Well, I installed them with the O on the driver side and the I on the passenger and it was perfect for about 3 weeks. Now, the driver side is sitting an inch and a quarter lower on the driver side compared to the passenger. Does anyone know if the guy accidentally told me wrong and the “I” leaf pack should be on the driver? The truck looks like shit leaning like it is

It's not an I. It's a 1. Everything I have read says - or 0 goes on the right and anything + goes on the left.

    You're fine.

    It goes I / o / +

It's the spring rating off nominal specification. (I) being less than nominal and + being more, all within an acceptable range. You did right by putting the o which is the stuffer spring on the side with the gas tank.

    If it's an I what's I stand for?

do these springs just lean more than my existing add a leafs? Because my truck looks like I weigh 450 pounds the way it is leaning (I’m 170)

Shouldn't. Check to make sure you're shackles were installed right.

Shackles look the exact same on both sides. Maybe they were labeled incorrectly at the factory? Really really hoping I don’t have to go through the fun of reversing these

They should be fine. Take a measurement from hub center to fender and see what the length difference is.

TOUCHÉ SIR! 21 on passenger side, 19.5 on driver side. Guess I didn’t install my shackles correctly?

An inch and a half isn't terrible. What's your gas tank filled to currently. I'll try to find picks of what I'm talking about with the shackles. But I'm guessing they're fine

Just check to make sure that the flat part is facing the rear

Gas tank is at 3/4. But I measured when it was completely full and now that it’s at 3/4 and it’s the same height difference (1.25 Inch lower on driver side)

Flat part is facing the rear on both sides. Will try pushing the shackle forward on driver side a hair. I really appreciate your help

No problem. If everything looks right I'd just drive it some more and see where it settles.
And wait for the squeek haha.

I've got a set. They're nice leaf packs. You'll like them.

I also have about an 1.1/4" taco lean difference. Aggravating as hell, but not much that you can really do about it.
