    Hello all,
Well this weekend I went to put new brake pads on the truck and noticed my calibers are leaking . Looks like I’m going to need to replace those too. Any recommendations? I don’t want to end up with something cheap and have it fail on me. I run ebc slotted rotors with green stuff pads. I was looking at powerstop but didn’t love the reviews.... Thoughts?
    Thanks in advance

I bought a seal kit off Amazon for 40 bucks and rebuilt mine, Toyota calipers are expensive as shiet. ide probably just buy aftermarket or reman ones.

Where are you seeing a leak? Around the piston, line connection or bleeder screw?

Has the master a fluid loss?

All that aside, what's wrong with using Toyota calipers (other than price?)

I'll probably use NAPA when (if) that day ever comes.

If you're looking for a stock to stock replacement they have brand new (no core charge) Raybestos brand stocked on Rock Auto. They are a favorite among a couple other forums I frequent

The leak is around the piston looks like the boots are done. I’m not experienced enough to rebuild myself. Yes I had to add more brake fluid. Nothing wrong with going oem but the Toyota calibers cost the same as the supposedly upgraded ones so I thought I would ask. I live in southern CA where everyone drives like ass holes so stopping is very important I don’t want to find out the hard way I bought a shitty part
