2014 DCLB. My rear camera will work for a day or week, then won't for a day or week. When I had the truck in for servicing, the basic answer was "we'll do a software update", and that did, well, nothing. The camera does function, just not consistently. Isn't there a mechanism/sensor that connects the camera to putting the truck in reverse? I may be wrong, but I'm thinking that's the source of the problem. Sorry, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to electronics, and a search didn't turn up an answer. Just hoping it's something I might be able to take care of myself. TIA for any help.
