300 of those 350 lbs are the leaf springs. They are beastly!

Looks like my replacement are ready. Gotta figure out how this is going to happen. I thought I'd get the replacements, switch them out and then return the original ones.

How do you remove the 3rd leaf? I see your explanation but is there a video somewhere of this?

Finally parked next to a stock Tacoma. Not the best comparison, but can clearly tell there is a difference between stock and what I am at. Not sure how many inches. But it was nice to see a side by side comparison. Didn’t see any indication the MG truck was lifted and tires are factory on it.

Looks good! I measured mine the other day, stock and from center caps got 20.5 drivers front, 20.75 passenger front and then 22 for rear both sides. I had a little over 3/4 tank of gas. Have and OR if that matters.

Thanks. I’ll double check mine. Seems if I was closer to those numbers up front, the the front is about 1” higher than stock.
Assuming that for every inch of lift, the fenders move up an inch.

I think I read for each mm of height above the oem seat height is 2mm of movement. I’d have to look at the sheet again. If that’s what your talking about.

Sort of. I would assume that for every inch of lift at the coil, the fender should move up an inch too. So if it was a 3”lift the fender should be 3” higher than stock. Just not positive that is how it works. Seeing that the shop that installed my lift said it is set 3” above factory.

I got the Nitro Gas too wasn't really sold on the foam cells I am a little more now but I can always beef up later if I feel like I need to. I won't be smashing rocks everyday so Nitro should be cool for my application TBH looks good I can't wait that's for sure LOL

    I’m glad to hear this.

I’m not trying to stick up for them because I really have no skin in the game other than still waiting for my order but they did say they got three containers of stuff in on Friday afternoon so they probably took some time to get through it all

Just picked up replacement parts. The warehouse was hopping. Crew was hustling. Huge container outside. UPS and FedEx trucks in and out. Parts stacked ceiling high. Parts sitting on pallets outside. Stacks of leaf springs. Stacks of other stuff

    1) clamp it so it doesn’t unroll on ya
    2) remove
    3) undue the nipple
    4) remove leaf 3 (counting from the top)
Reverse 3-2-1 to put it back

Cool cool, forgive me but not trying to kill myself if I do this lol but you clamp it so it doesn’t unroll but you need to loosen the clamps a bit to pull the third one out? Is that correct?

Correct... you can remove the C clamp entirely when removing the 3rd leaf. Don’t worry the leaf aren’t like springs... they are to to assist in taking the nut off by reliving the stress on it.
