I guess Im just back in the dark ages, what is the "the dealerships corporate". I mean if you have a toyota sign out front and you sell toyotas isnt that a dealer.

Or did you buy direct from Toyota corporation.? And not go through a dealer?

    Update #416:

An insurance adjuster went to the dealership and watched by truck get put on the frame machine. The numbers came back fine and shows no frame damage. The left side spring is out and the right one isn't far behind so those are being replaced.

The insurance adjuster also confirmed the truck had not been wrecked or in any sort of accident.

So pretty much I had one dealership that has a bunch of idiots working for them (they didn't find the springs were bad) and another dealership telling me the truck had frame damage (probably trying to sell an expensive job). This whole process has taken three weeks and by the time they have the springs put on, it'll be four total. This has been an awful experience and a complete shit show. I will not ever be using either of these dealerships in the future. I spoke with the GM for around 30 minutes on the phone yesterday and he assured me that he was very concerned his shop guys let this slip by them after having my truck almost two weeks.

Hey everyone! After 1 month and 1 day, I got it back. Let me know how it looks!

    New springs and a 2" lift/leveling kit(?)

I had the truck inspected by an insurance adjuster and the truck had zero signs of being in an accident prior to me owning it.

I read all 5 pages. Glad it was resolved.

It would be highly unethical and illegal for a dealer to "knowingly" sell a car/truck with frame damage. The key word here is "knowingly"
Most used car dealers go out of there way to know nothing about the vehicle there selling you. It really falls on the buyer to do a through inspection.

    =)
