Yea I miss that thing but I got to the point of starting to redo work on the car and it made more sense to start a build on a new shell than cutting out everything and throwing it away

I have one Fiberglass bedside, some 35’s, and a strong life lesson left over from that build lol

At some point that’ll probably happen but the whole point of this build was to keep it simplish. I’m not tryina be the fastest out there I just want a capable desert truck that can handle the occasional oh shit moment. We’ll see how that goes tho I told myself last year that I would stop with mid travel and a plate bumper but here we are lol

It was rad but it was a death trap, as most fun things are I suppose lol the new owner has done a really good job of cleaning it up proper but as far as I’ve seen he just drives it around town.

Pulled these out of a pile at work they’re decent. Gonna Mount them up and see if the little 3.4 will push them fast enough for if I’m gonna be sticking with 33’s

Needs different coils but after having the kit and shocks sitting for months it’s just nice to see it all come together !

Was that kit meant for longer shocks with custom coil mounts?

These are the shocks solo specifies in their kit I just forgot to inform them that I was gonna be running their spindles cuz I’m an idiot so they didn’t change the spring rate accordingly.

Ah gotcha - when I read 5.5 over I was thinking like JD race kit but you’ve got a 3.5 with the spindles adding track width. What rate are the springs? Looks like you could fit an 18” spring possibly. If they’re not scratched you could trade them into King for the right ones.

what’s rate do you have vs what you think it should’ve been to accommodate the solo spindle lift?

Standard is 600 I believe. 500 from King or 450 / 550 from another brand would probably be the right spring rate.
