    Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
    Glad I found this as I was just thinking about getting a set. I've never been stuck YET and we get lots of snow and ice. Roads are graveled with lava rock so they are never a problem even for my 2wd truck but side roads and forest roads are another story. Look forward to hearing what's good. :hattip:

    I ended up going with the cheap X-Bull boards. For $70 I got 2 boards and mounts. So even if they fail after one use it's a small enough cost so it won't break my heart. Seeing as I will probably only use them 1-2 times a year it would take me almost 7 years to get to the cost of MaxTrax.

    This winter I will try one in the snow on the coldest day I can just to see how it holds up and post the results on here.

    I like those mounting knobs but I need a way to lock them here even tho I live in the mountains. Mine will be going on roof I think so will be in easy view.
