    Hi everyone,

    New member here, you can call me frenchy. I bought my first tacoma a few days ago. I went with the 2020 SR5 4x2 v6, this is my 3rd truck. I have tried ford (awful experience) ram1500 (little better) and this one. Any advice or info is welcome. Already done some mods, changed the headlight bulbs to led and started replacing the inside lights to led.

    Dude these SR5 trims are the way to go.
    I overpaid for a trd sport fully loaded last year and I ended up changing mostly everything I paid extra for.

    next time going a lower trim level and doing everything how I want.

    Traded in the last one, going to start modifying this soon.
    I honestly don’t think the 2020 needs many mods if you don’t plan on taking it off-road.

    Maybe get together with the OVT tuning guys to get much improved response from the truck. As it comes from factory, 3rd gens are kind of pokey and transmission shift points are wonky.
