I have some of the smaller ones in colour. We are only set up to cut vinyl as of right now. Hopefully I am able to come to the next meet, I’ll show you the coloured tec ones.

Hey! I don’t have it in colour just black and white. Unfortunately my machine can’t print colour, it can only cut vinyl. I know that @tacoma16 has some but I don’t believe they’re permanent

You plan to make a sheetmetal version of the plastic bumper cap? Is it still going to be hanging off the plastic bumper support structure behind it?

No, it’s all going to be cardboard for easy trail repair :D

It’ll be welded/bolted to the hitch and have support brackets attached to the frame while maintaining oemish look along with some high clearance tubes on the sides.

Definitely admire the work your putting into a truck that will be a trail only buggy with 40's one day.

But a quick search finds a steel bumper that looks like stock.
I knon you probably seen it already but metal costs, the fab work in hours and then powder coat seems like you'll be spending more than just buying another bumper.....
Still admire the energy you have along with other on this site.... 3/16 thick i hope your.caps.will be....

It is always going to be road legal, even when on 44s.
    All those bumpers cost $700+

I can do cheaper and stronger. :benchpress:

Being single and yolo gives you plenty of time on stupid things, like 35s and tundra rack with dual PS coolers :sawzall::welder:
