Im looking for some off road lights to mount on my bull bar/push bar whatever you want to call it. I have the one from toyota with the two tapped holes already in it. the problem is I cant seem to find any that will be short enough and thin enough to mount on there without either rubbing the front bumper or maybe gettin hot and melting it. I dont have much experience at all with off road lights but saw many pics of trucks on here with them. So I was hoping someone might lend me a hand and point me in the right direction. Thankyou for you help in advance.

Also if you could recommend a brand as in if PIAA is better than KC or if we have group buys on something that would work?? again thank you in advance.

Prob Hella 500s will be your best bet. They kinda suck unless you do an HID conversion, so I'd figure that into the cost.

Search PIAA's website, lots of lights with different shapes & dimensions.

I have a set of PIAA 540's on mine.

PIAA 520's are great lights, I've had a couple sets in my lifetime. But - they're too big to fit where I needed to put them.

How about a different question... what are you going to use them for, or are these just for looks?

Check out Rigid Industries here. They make the best, brightest, strongest most durable lights on the market right now. I will be setting up a GB page later today for all their products.

They're both the same lights, except the 520's are about 1" smaller in diameter. You can get both of them in either driving lights or in fog lights.

PIAA's are great lights. I had a set of 520's for about 10 years. I didn't use them much in those 10 years, but they were exposed to the elements while parked outside (on my 96 tacoma and jeep). After 10 years, they just started showing some rust around the metal casing. Never got any water inside and they worked everytime.
More expensive than the others...but well worth it in my oppinion.
