I've been gradually getting rid of the tacky chrome in the interior (hoping to scoop up MESO door handle covers and steering wheel logo cover this weekend) but I'm having trouble with one part: the sideview mirror adjustment dial.

I've tried with the search function to see what's available for options but no luck.

Does any vendor offer a replacement part or is there another solution? TIA!

A cheaper solution is to find either a Toyota Prius or Sienna window switch panel used off of Ebay. I recently purchased a used 2017 Prius switch panel for $40 with free shipping off Ebay and pulled out the mirror control switch and its a direct swap into the Tacoma switch panel. They come with the mirror control switch painted black and are typically are substantially cheaper for some reason.

Go in your electrical kit and cut a half inch piece of heat shrink tube.

Takes 10 seconds, practically free, done and done.
