Diagnosing chirping/clicking sound... Idler pulley?

    Here’s a video of the sound. I’m thinking idler pulley, anybody else have this fixed yet? 2017 2GR-FKS, 62,xxx miles so I’m doing repair myself.

    @Cayenne55 is this what you did? I know you said yours froze, but did it have any sounds like this?

    I didn't have that click but that chrip sounds an awful lot like my issue. I only got it when revving the engine past about 1500 RPM at first, then later it'd crop up around 2200. I could hear it on the highway.

    Dealer said idler pulleys so they replaced both just to be safe but still had some squeak, though it was different. They then replaced the serpentine belt and I haven't noticed it since.

    2018 OR AT, had about 25.5k when it started.

    Pully bearing. Just do all the pullies at the same time and be done with it.
