They push 5-7 degrees cooler than actual temp. I used a fifth chop as a pin cushion and tested with three different thermometers; the temp results were consistent throughout the cook, if anyone still cared

 

Bought a 12pack of Dos XX, box sounded weird but i was like eh maybe its nothing. I get home and sure enough one or two at least were broke bottles-i didnt open it, nothing leaking so must have been at main company...took back to Safeway for exchange no probem.

 

Hey Maner, whats the deal on these side wings? They lay right on top of the supports. Am I supposed to ditch the support bar?

 

Can you raise the bumper center part up? 3rd gens dont have that support issue. Or can it go under the support?

 

Also wheres the trim that goes under the light? Does it still fit in with where your setting everything up at?

 

You might have to raise the center piece up all the way in the slotted adjustment holes. Then might need to trim the allowed cutout for the mount.

 

Just started doing work. Got some chicken marinating in Italian dressing, potatoes and corn on the grill now. Chicken is going out next with some sausage for later this week and some t-bones for dinner tonight. Won’t have time today so I’ll probably do a pork butt tomorrow.
