Although I think they both look like Poo...the lesser of the two evils would have to be the addicts.

Is it just me or does the aftermarket wheel selection for our trucks suck? Maybe it's just me coming from the JDM car scene where conservative and OEM is king. I feel like most of the wheels on the market are too flashy and the designs are just plain ugly, none of them flow with the lines of the vehicle. Not to mention the whole silver/black alternating pattern thing is just plain hideous.

    Just expressing my opinion...

They come with center caps, you have to buy the nutz.

BTW, I love the alternating silver/black, makes me think of Heavy Metal, or machine gun fire or something. Whatever it is, I'm loving my MM951s.

EDIT: oh yeah, and chicks dig them too!

I've been looking at those two wheels as well, a long with tracking down the FJ TRD wheels and having them powder coated black. Not sure what I want to do yet. Have you made a choice yet Colton? Mine will be on magnetic gray as well.

Contrary to the popular vote, I think I'm going with the 951's. Although the Addicts sure would look good too... I had to flip a coin. :p

Good, I can just wait and see what they look like on yours then haha. Although I do remember seeing a couple mag grays here with the 951's before, don't recall what thread though.

Haha sounds good, just to let you know it will be probably next spring before I get them on. But when I do, plenty of pics will follow.

Yea I won't be getting them quite yet. Want to wait til I get closer to actually needing new tires because I want to get a set of all terrains when I get the rims.

Addicts, but I'm thinking the machined addicts vice the black for my Magnetic Grey DBLCB. It seems like people only buy the black addicts and I think with our color the machined may look better, although I've never seen them installed. Just my opinion though

Ih had the 951's when they firsr came out on my f150... They were cool... But now i cant stand them... Except for ridinhigh... First time ive ever seen that.. Looks fckin awesome.

I went addicts bc of alot of reasons tho.. KMC's teflon coating.. The finish beig matte instead of shiny paint that starts to pit and look like shit... The 951's are too flashy to me... The XD's just look baddd and hard as hell.. Aggressive and offroad but still pulls some show class off with it..

    Just my opinion

I would love to test fit the addicts but I'm gone for the next 2 months. But post pics when you've installed them.

did you check the weights between the two? i was almost sold on getting some pro comp 7089 but when i found out they weigh 26lbs a wheel i changed my mind and decided on the konig countersteer offroads.

i will have some stock 17" sport wheels available to bring down to the mod day next weekend. get them powder coated black and call it a day.

Rather than starting a new thread, I figure I'd post my question in this one.

Anybody know of a good place to purchase XD Addicts or Moto Metal's when the time comes?
