I use (have used) both my (newer) square DOT fogs and my newest yellow NON-DOT on the road. The squares didn't fit great in the round bumper holes - I made them work, but not like I wanted. So, they are now atop the bar, and still legal. They are a very sharp cut off pattern, but they are white light. The yellows are now down in the bumper holes, and they are BRIGHT. They are also a spot/flood combo beam, so they toss light all over. The spot is still good enough to say they are good fogs, just not DOT. I'm going to experiment to make them a cutoff, so they will be less likely to be noticed. Come inspections, I will just put those black covers on. the yellows.

Alright gents the Burrs in my backyard are still a real problem. I’m open to ideas and wisdom from you knowledgeable men. I walked/crawled around today picking them out by hand just trying to help my dogs a bit.

Start now with a fall fertilizer with week killers. Then you going to have to be like the old man next door, who took over yard chores from NO ONE when he moved in. Think it's her dad. Yard was all weeds. There used to be grass under there - I used to cut it for free just to keep the place looking lived in before it got sold. (desperate times!) Once he kept the weeds from growing up and seeding, the grass slowly is coming back. He puts nothing on it, and they don't water. Really pissed me off this spring, because the weed seeds got all over my yard, and it was cut short (of course) over the winter and spring. Once mine got thick again, his seeds didn't stick.
Cut medium short, maybe even twice a week.
    Fertilize and weed killer.
Make sure the grass gets some water.
Let me know when you see grass again, and I give you two more things.

Hard to get rid of. Ours are better as long as I keep the yard mowed short and water then mow.

I had to use Scotts for weed killer this spring, otherwise I only put that on in the winter for weed control when grass is going dormant.
Spring time I use these two things, and that is normally it.

Mix this into a hose end sprayer. One bottle does a suburban yard like mine. Got more areas, start one patch at a time. This makes the soil drink all the moisture it gets.

I used some Scott’s weed killer, then cut it short wide ina row and began trying to scatter summer Bermuda granular based fertilizer and seed. Been watering it and using simple lawn products since then. Yard is slowly growing but still burrs. All over still. Frustrating

Kill what you can, and you literally have to get the grass to choke out the rest. Just don't let anything get to seed.
