I dont understand all the hate ipas get from some and all the admiration from others. I get personal preference but some just seem to have a fiery hatred for them.
Currently bottle conditioning a grapefruit hazy ipa, what's the best one you guys have made?

Zombie dust clone. Before northern brewer had their clone kit. I researched a few recipes and ordered everything separately.

I don't get the hazy style. When I started brewing if it came out hazy you did something wrong. Same with sours. Can't get on board with that.

My best one? I would have to say whatever the last one I made was the bestest...

I'm planning on kegging a "Pale Ale" I came up with inspired by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. About 28 IBUs, ~5.9% abv, and late/dry hopped with Bravo, Columbus, Mosaic, Citra and Loral. Smelled good when I was adding gelatin yesterday and I'll have a taste today when kegging it.

Next up is a coffee porter I came up with a few years ago, always a good one to have around.
