My bed cover is leaking and everything in my bed is wet now. Anything I can do to mitigate this? If not are there any covers you guys would reccomend?

Seems pretty excessive, maybe try removing and remounting for better alignment.

Right now were getting blasted by the tropical storm isaias. Been raining hard...just went out to check for leaks under my toyota bed cover...just about a 1/2 cup so far on the very rear where it seals the tailgate. All else is high and dry.

is it a stock cover? No cover is going to be water tight. An mx4 is pretty good though

Appears it is. After that tropical storm hammered us, even my stock bed cover had some water droplets on the east side where the rain driven wind was blowing by. For the most part except the very end at the tail gate, all was dry. We had a good thunderstorm since...no leaks anywhere. Pretty happy with this cover, as i've seen newer used aftermarket ones from others that tried to sell me for my tundra that leaked way worse when they were on their truck.

the leaks are probably coming from the plastic on the top of the bed, if you put some silicone under that plastic cover it should help to make it water tight

I'm having the issues with my new Bakflip cover. Already remount and I'm still having this problem. Everyone keeps saying the Bakflip are great, but I have not been able to keep this thing from not leaking.

There is a thread for the stock cover for removing some of the spacer plates to give a tighter seal to prevent some of the leaking. I did it with mine and it helped a lot, but it still leaks some.

Mine hasn't had any issues and I've been in some rough weather. I have found that the factory one can be finicky to get fully latched. It's like a car door. Tug up on it and if there's any play, it's not fully latched. You have to put weight in the right spots (and maybe even bounce on it) to get it to fully latch.

I have all that siliconed and I still get a lot leaking. Never had a leaking problem with my Extang cover.

Water gets in, but it's not exactly a deluge. No weather I've ever been in has caused any leaks, so I can deal with it when I know it's going to happen at the car wash.
