All right I am back in NRGU's sweaty palms.... but only a fraction of what I was (for now) :crapstorm:

Now that I know what the U and D mean in the NRG ETFs, did anybody play NRGD all this time? You might have done well in that one.

    I’m thinking we’ll dip going into Q4

that has just as much risk as NRGU in theory. It’s just higher cost per share.

If oil is going down though, wouldn't that fund go up? I mean, you'd have to time it, in and out, but I think there were some opportunities.

At the early drop it was a money maker, last few months with nothing really happening I imagine it’s been in decay just like nrgu

Unless you got caught in that drop from March 23-26. Looks like it dropped from 260 to 100. Nrgu went from from 1.30 to 2.50 at the same point.

You guys think this is going to be the beginning of the next big buying season? I was still thinking Sep/Oct was going to be the next low, but traditionally I think there has been a dip in Dec/Jan. I wonder if it will just make that a bigger drop.

Nothing makes sense these days. They should have said they were looking at bankruptcy, then it would have gone up 400%!

This is beyond contrarian. My only hope is they deliver amazing guidance and confirm that the ARM deal is going through at the conference call in 30 minutes.

    Buying season? Or nuclear winter?
If/when we see another big drop, I'm hoping to catch some down for profit and then liquidate everything. I don't think the recovery will happen the way the last several months has...

Disclaimer: I know nothing about anything

Pfizer is looking for testers (Dallas) for their vaccine. It works as a “code” for the body to produce antibodies without actually injecting a segment of the virus.

Would you guys do it for $120?

    Yes.

I’d lick all the shipping cart handles at Walmart for $120.

I'm not for sure calling a dip but things 100% aren't gonna be stable from like sept till spring. If things are going the way they have been lately there is no way the market is gonna keep it's cool when seasonal depression hits everywhere but the southwest
