I recently got a lift and tires put on my TRD Sport. Took it to a well know shop in town, they do good work. When I got it back the VSC and Precollision lights were on. Took it back and they aligned it again, it was off before. Still the light was on. Tried resetting it with the dlc3. Unhooked the battery and the warming still shows up, went through all the procedures for a manual reset and nothing. Still there. What else could be wrong?

you have to have Toyota Re program it once it’s been disconnected in anyway & moved

Might need the yaw rate sensor zero point cleared and re-calibrated.
It's supposed to be done after an alignment.
Prior to 2020 you could do the procedure yourself; otherwise you'll need a capable diagnostic device, like Techstream.

Could have also knocked the rack and pinion out of position, skiping a tooth.
