Hi all! I’m new to the TW site and also to owning a Tacoma. I wanted to know if there were any good threads about off-roading in the jersey shore/ocean Monmouth county area. My truck is bone stock and I’m trying to dip my toe into off-roading and hope to not dive directly in and blow a bag on all the mods. For now I think I’ll get new wheels and tires and call it good. If anyone has any advice on trail recommendations and general advice about wheeling in the area I would appreciate it.

Welcome! I have not been there, but I have heard the Pine Barrens are pretty cool, I believe you're not far from there. There's also Rausch Creek and AOAA but from what I understand, those are also more intense.

Over in NY we're also doing a meet on the 29th in Leeds NY for some dirt road trails. More of a social event than hard wheeling I think, but we'll still get a little dirty if you'd like to join!
