Frame CRC application service campaign

2011-2017 owners have gotten a series of 2 bulletins on this.

I seek the 'Specific Inspection Criteria' referenced in the second communication.

There's no point in asking the dealer service department about this. If their lips are moving, they're lying.

Before I have this inspection done, I'd like to get the actual information and guidance Toyota sends to the dealers about this, including the specific criteria they mention in the bulletin.

Like I've had to do in the past, I will have to educate the dealer on Toyota's policies, and I'd like to be prepared.

Anyone have that information in the form of something from Toyota?
