Hello everyone, I am a brand new member and signed up to ask a question. I have tried many different headlight assemblies for my 2007 Tacoma. My OEM headlight assembly got cracked and yellow. So far I've used Spyder branded assembly with DRL's and they're pure junk. I should not have listened to my buddies on that one. I have seen Alpharex come out with ones for my truck but I've heard they are poor quality. I have been looking at stock headlights to go back into the truck but they all have bad reviews. I have also priced ones that come directly from Toyota and they want 299 dollars per light. (That's Extremely pricey) What do you guys recommend or use? I am open to all suggestions! I just can't stand my Spyder ones anymore.

Welcome! All aftermarket fo 2nd Gen will be junk. OEM is the only decent headlight. See the thread linked above with best prices found for new OEM assemblies, otherwise finding a used set in the 2nd Gen market place section would be your best bet for a less expensive alternative.

They remanufacture/refurbish OEM headlights. Got a pair of 2nd Gen. Sport (smoked chrome) housings for IIRC $190 for the pair off their eBay store. Holding up great so far for about 3 months now. You can check their website or eBay store for what they have in inventory.

Oem. If can find some used in good shape. Get them and take to a local body shop and have them polish and clear them. Then just maintain like car paint. That’s if you don’t want to do the work yourself.
