    Lots--
I read a few threads on here about the Kicker Subaru tweeter swap--- Didn't see anything posted with pics or feedback from a 2020 TRD non-JBL. So figured I would post them here.

I snagged a Genuine Subaru H631SFJ101 Tweeter Kit (1 Pair) off Amazon and it arrived in a day.

It came with an orange pry tool to pop off the trim and of course two fairly lightweight Kicker Tweeters that are factory replacements for Subaru Tweeters I guess. Anyways it was probably one of the easiest upgrades I've ever done. The only issue I had was just getting a tool in there as the windshield is very close to the speaker housing. I used a 10 mm wrench, a 10mm socket and a small plastic pry tool--it was pretty easy.

Overall impression: These make a huge difference for how small they are. The stock tweeters that come factory in the dash with the non JBL models puts out very little sound. When my Stealthbox arrives tomorrow it will sound like a $40k truck sound-system should sound like. Next up, Front and Rear door speaker upgrades.

I want to know this too.
Looks like maybe you don't have to like all the videos I've seen.
