My 3 month old truck sideswiped on the passenger side by a scumbag passing me on the roadway shoulder in Philadelphia.I have to wait a month for the police report

 

What hit you? A microfiber cloth? Haha no scratches?

Take it they kept driving .that sucks man file a insurance claim . Not sure why u need a police report . To get it fixed .

It appears to be a hit and run by the Michelin man based on the lack of scratches or dents. Unfortunately unless you can track down the driver, you'll just need to file a claim to your insurance. You don't need a police report for that.
Did you have a dashcam?

 

Totaled. Obvious frame damage.

 

It’s obviously not bad but still sucks. I had a valet scrape my headlight right after I got my truck. Pisses you off. Get it fixed or you’ll think about it all the time

 

Don't forget that broken headlight tab, that will definitely have the claims adjuster be writing this off as totaled.

I was doing a favor for a buddy dropping him off before going out on a Military sea trial for a new ship. He has to quarantine for 7 days so I was rolling into the Navy yard. There are some light scrapes, but him bouncing off my tire saved the fender from serious damage. It was a late model MDX and a guy witnessed it and got his tag for me. Even ahole drivers in Philly know about the red light cameras and he stopped for traffic down the road. The headlight prices out at $1449 and the total price is $4175.00

 

Another option is to duct tape everything back together and sell it to Carvana for top dollar.
