    I just kegged it yesterday, so it's only about half carbonated and still has a fair bit of clearing to do. I used @relkins0413 's recipe again, but subbed out the .5 lbs of C-150 for one lb of UK C-77 in an effort to add a little more caramel flavor while keeping the color the same. Mashed at a higher temp to end with a higher final gravity. The last one finished around 1.006, which was way under the planned FG of 1.015. This one came in at 1.013 (planned 1.014, so pretty close). I think it's going to be a nice, easy drinking brew, and at 4.3% ABV, I can have a few without getting too hammered.

    Haven't had an IPA in years. Not bad, they were one of the first craft beers I tried and I wasn't sold. Now that my taste is more refined, I'm actually enjoying it!
