Another note, I had my stock injectors cleaned and serviced last month when my supercharger was rebuilt and replaced my stock fuel pump with a new DENSO pump.

My results With the use of the 2” pulley at 6000 feet Are zero ping and AFR at WOT is at 10.5-11.

There are a lot of different results depending on your trucks health conditions and if auto or manual

Motor has about 60k on it, i am looking to send in the injectors to get serviced. Just so painful to remove all the crap to get to them, i need to make my way to the knock sensor harness to replace that also.

Curious to know what outlet temperatures look like at 2500rpm full boost vs 4000-5500rpm full boost without water injection.

I need some advice - I just installed a brand new SC kit. Everything has been going perfect and I've put about 800 miles testing it on steep climbs in Colorado between 6000 and 12000 feet in elevation and loving every minute of it.

Suddenly, I am getting detonation pings under moderate to heavy loads. Im not sure what happened. Any ideas?

Probably a fuel issue if it just started,
    Or MAF or vacuum leak.
    Any codes?
Bad gas ? Not 91 octane, if the gas is not 91 you definitely will have knock

There are a few things that people don’t do that is important to do when getting a supercharger.

    1) new fuel pump if over 150k,
The fuel pumps wear out over time even tho they work they don’t work at 100 percent when needed at full boost,
If it’s not superchargered it would not matter
    2) same goes for the fuel injectors if over 150k
They work fine if not superchargered BUT when superchargered they
are Not delivering enough fuel and if they have over 150k miles they probably are not working at 100 percent and need a cleaning as they
have a filter there and the spray pattern.
    3) fuel filter under the sear needs to be replaced every 50k

If you don’t do these items above you will not know if your fuel system is working at 100 percent and you will need a 7 th injector or methonal to cover the difference, you might need it anyways but there’s a good chance you will not if
you engine and fuel system are working aT 100 percent

No codes. 91 is as high as I can find around here. Maybe its gas quality between brands? First couple of tanks were Sinclare, this tank is Conoco. Not sure it that matters.... Its a high mileage truck that runs excellent (just rolled 200,000k) and your points are all valid and good input, but I'm not sure why the first 800 miles of testing were ping free.

Cheap and easy things first, Ill run some injector cleaner through a tank or two. If that doesnt help, Ill try some octane booster. If that doesn't work, its gonna get suckey...

Its all stock Magnusson pully. The IK22 are a bit cooler than the IK20s I think.

22s will help, but your problem is not the plugs,
Probably fuel related maybe or octane.
I can run a 2” pulley without any issues at 10,000 feet on a stock setup if I needed to,
BUT my fuel system is at 100 percent perfect.

    Start with the simple things,
    Different gas
    MAF cleaning
    ANY Vacuum leak,
The smallest of a vacuum leak will make the supercharger have problems

    Auto or manual?
Fuel brands can make a differance slso.
I tried Walmart gas once. Won't do that again!
If you decide to put some octane booster in it. Autozone sells VP fuel brand called Ocutane. You can pour about 1/4 of a can to a full tank. Try that, if not add some more. Do that until you get it figured out. Do you have an AFR gauge? How about a scangauge to watch fuel trims?

    Its a 5 speed.

I have a Scangauge but I dont see anything when I program air fuel mix in to one of the gauge slots.

You need a standalone AFR gauge.

In order to see fuel trims on a scangauge you have to get into the X-Gauge mode, if you still have the instructions for it they tell you how in there. Otherwise I'm sure it's probably online somewhere, I haven't programmed it into mine yet but I know it's possible.

As for AFR, you'll need to install Wideband O2 sensor before the cats in order to get an accurate Wideband AFR reading with a standalone AFR gauge. The AFR reading that the ECU provides is narrowband
