Radio stopped working any ideas ?

    Hi I wanted to ask if anyone knows what I should track down first as my radio in my 2000 Tacoma prerunner stopped working but the fuses are all good. Should I take the radio out and just buy a new aftermarket and hope it works ? Or is this soemthing electic that I have to track down
