painting dark gray next week, more to come
Next Monday painting my 06 blue 4WD dark gray (to match my 2018 4Runner) and getting rid of all chrome and going black trim, rims etc. with off road tires likely TOYO Open Country A/T III for southern US mild off road stuff playing at my farm.
Wanting to go to a 17 inch rim from OEM 16 and possibly a slight offset from standard but know nothing about the specifics.
Also looks like options somewhat limited on matte black grille options. Any suggestions on rims or grille options.

I bought the truck new in Dec 05 and immediately put in husky floor mats so floors are fine. Interior looks pretty good and truck only has 105K miles after 14+ years. My son drove in high school so driver seat has some wear but the rest of seats look great. Console, panels, etc look good as well. It needs a good bath at the moment but waiting until I finish the paint job. As you can see from pic the exterior needs work hence the paint, bumper and trim plans. Planning to keep it another 100K miles at least.

105k is just getting broken in. There’s plenty with 300-400k doing cross county wheeling trips. My 06 has 108k
