I have been in twice since the 2LM and was hoping for a single comment. Nada.

Peeps just don't geek out like they used to.

Correct. On my '16 I reused an OEM fitting on the new piece of hard line for the slave cylinder end.
On my '19 I just dremeled the thing and called it a day.

Thanks for this thread guys! I did the ADM this weekend using the brake line and union method. Bending the line was no problem and no leaks so far. Hardest part was getting to the bolts up high. I think the recommendation to remove the exhaust mount is a good call, but I was stubborn...

Clutch feel is much improved! I had my doubts if this would be worth the trouble but I am really glad I did it. Much more predictable engagement.

That's great to hear. I was nervous about working the kinks out of the lines for the elbow to work.

    Enjoy the shifting!

Nice! Tons of meat there for a nice sized bypass.

    Enjoy it!

What tool did you use? I couldn't get mine that deep and narrow with my dremel bits.

Can someone link me to that Amazon S2000 clutch line kit again. It seem to have been removed

IMHO, I would just do the dremel mod. Easy, effective, and invisible.

I'm still waiting for my 3rd gen Taco, but this would be my preferred route when I get around to it. Reasonable price. If others roger up, I'll probably join in.

I thought Trident’s tube ADM was $85? Saving $5 is worth the hassle? And dremeling isn’t?

    Trident is done though.

But, I get your point there.

I didn't want to dremel mine when I did it, because I was concerned I would screw it up, or might want to go back to stock. After having done it, I should have just done the dremel option. If I ever take it off for any reason that is exactly what I am going to do. I am far too lazy to take it back off when it is working just fine now, but some day I will get around to it.

The best part of the dremel option is it is completely stealth. A dealer will never know.

Once you do this mod, you will never want to go back.

I have driven mine a few short trips now. I can tell you that the Dremel mod works fine. The first time you try and take off on an incline you will notice for sure.

The only place you could slip and mess up, is where the seal goes. Don't let your Dremel slip into the ring land

    Exactly.
Just have to keep good control of the bit and go slow. Too much sideways pressure may cause you to slip or the bit to jump. Let the tool do the work, stay clear of that seal area and you'll be fine.
