SELLING: Driver's Side Tan Bucket Seat for $80.
    Baltimore, MD
Prefer Local Pickup, but will ship (buyer pays for shipping, TBD). FYI also listed in the NE B/S/T thread.

The seat came out of my '04 Tacoma. It is smoke-free and pet free. I'm selling this seat because I swapped in 4Runner seats for the stock seats. The buckle receiver currently installed on the seat is out of a 3rd gen 4Runner. I had to swap over the receiver so my Tacoma seat belts could still buckle.

I don't have the passenger side seat, I convert that seat into the rolling desk chair.

I could.... but it won't be $80 dollars. I honestly have no idea what to charge for it lol. If such a product existed, what would you be willing to pay? It's a couple hours of fab work with the tools I have, so I'm think around $250-300 (assuming I provide the seat). What do you think?

Not at all saying it's not worth it (price sounds fair), but if I paid $250+...probably would at least want to use a nicer seat than a Tacoma seat:rofl:

More seriously...I have Subaru STI rally race-style seats I've been trying to sell forever, and now tempted to turn one into an office chair. I'm local to you...if I gave you a tracing of the frame rails, how much would you want to just make me an office chair base (without a seat)? :)

Probably around the same price, just because I need to come up with another solution. The tacoma seat I arleady have an idea on how to do it.

I would also need the seat itself. For the tacoma seat, I bought a $10 used office chair, and stripped out the base with the gas piston for the height adjustment. Then I welded a custom bracket onto the seat rails so the base of the rolling chair could attach. The tacoma desk chair does not slide back and forth like it would in the truck. It slides too much that the center of gravity of the chair makes it unstable in certain positions. All that to say, I would need the chair to weld a similar bracket on to attach the rolling base to it.

If you would be anywhere in AZ I would drive to pick it up. Great deal for $80... I am sure shipping cost would be insane for it...

About $130. Its a bulky item, which is driving up cost.
