About a teaspoon of avocado oil and a 1/2 teaspoon of real butter(oil keeps the butter from burning), toss in the diced onions and stir until caramelized and lightly toasted.

If I eat onions, yes, that’s the way I prefer them. Unless it’s on the tacos I made this weekend, then I’ll toss a few on there raw. I used to eat them a lot when I was younger, just don’t care for them as much as I used to. Wife loves them, so I make sure she has plenty.

I am NOT looking forward to the heat on Saturday knocking on doors for the census. But, I gotta make that money! Looking to get new tires next weekend during Labor Day sales.

$22.50/hr+ isn't too bad just for knocking on doors. I do sales for a living and done plenty of cold calling, so this is a piece of cake. I don't have any incentive to get people to answer the questions, so I don't even have to try to be a "good salesman". Only 2 have been a little rude. I have to wear a mask so they don't even see me mouthing the words "Fuck You!" over and over.

@Naveronski I saw your FB post on Texas Overland yesterday about a power setup for a trailer. Did you get your answers? My dad setup his trailer exactly like you want so I can ask him for info or get you in touch with him. He's got a tv, fridge, microwave and A/C in his little trailer. He can flip it to charge off the alternator, solar or connect to shore power.

It's fun on Tuesdays and Sundays. Thursday is when all the C riders come out, and try to run SX speed.

Anyone have any recommendations on how to air down efficiently in the field? Also what are yall airing down to for like dirt roads/rocks? I'm planning on doing portions of the Enchanted Rockies trail and I'm just trying to get everything prepped.

I bought a knockoff ARB style deflator and I definitely got what I paid for. It worked, but the hole to let the air out was too small and took longer to deflate then just using a key to push on the valve stem. I would recommend paying for the name brand one in this case.

I have the Arb EZ deflate like others. Works well but is kinda annoying having to do 1 tire at a time even though it does deflate pretty fast. I've been wanting to try something like the Staun deflators. Individually they arent as fast as the Arb but you can have one running on each wheel so overall I think its faster.

These seem like the easiest if you go through the trouble of calibrating them and making sure that they keep your setting. It would suck to not pay attention and suddenly one tire is at 2 psi while the others are at 20.
