We had a realtor friend who lives in an HOA and was telling us how they get photos of their garbage cans snapped all the time if they don't put them behind their back gate. I remembered also reading a news story about a guy who lived locally to us in one and was retired so he'd build cabinetry in his garage for those donated wounded warrior housing (or something to that extent) and got a cease and desist order from his HOA for using power tools in his garage. I seriously can't even imagine what type of shit person reports someone for using a saw during the daytime in their own garage. And these weren't small properties wedged together either, maybe like 1 acre lots minimum for this neighborhood. So stupid.
