I have tried a few salvage places near me in the PNW and either they won't let people pick parts because of covid or the prices they are asking are pretty close to buying them from Toyota parts.

I am looking for a place online to get cheap, even semi damaged parts like:
    Kick Panels
    Inner door panels
White fasteners by the door floor
    Dash grills
    Rear storage plastic
    Random clips bolts
    etc

Shirley there is a place online that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for these kinds of parts. Some parts where scuffed and some i have mangled on my journey to create a sound utopia. Thanks for any info.

Have you tried negotiating with the salvage yards? Tell them that you aren't willing to go over "x" for the whole package. It helps if you already know the price of buying new. If they won't budge then expand your radius to the yards out in the rural parts of your state. Salvage guys love to wheel and deal even more than the used car guys. That's their whole business.

I used to work at a salvage yard in the midwest, went to auctions, learned a lot. However, that was 20 years ago and maybe its a PNW thing, or maybe its the three yards I tried, but they wouldn't budge for shit. Perhaps you are right about the rural bit, maybe i need to go to a "red" area and try my luck. Good suggestion, i didn't think about that. Road trip time :D
