I have seen pictures all over the internet of people's different computer desk and gaming areas. Some of them are super elaborate and dreamy, while others are so DIY that it makes you smile. So lets see what everyone in here uses as their place of combat and relaxation. It can be a PC desk, living room, home theater, small corner of the room, or whatever. As long as you play some type of games there.

Don't Be shy. Nothing is to simple or to fancy. In the end it is what you are using and it makes you happy when you sit down and turn the screen on.

    PC Specs are not needed.

    So lets get to it.

I just finished rebuilding my gaming/sim racing area. I mainly play Borderland 3, Iracing, Dirt Rally 2, Snowrunner.

Before: Small and simple but it did its job for a long ass time. Sitting in a corner of the living room with my old desk.

After: Same corner but a much better feeling to it. Now it is a place that I enjoy looking at each time I enter the room and go to sit down. I made the desk and headphone stand with a friend of mine over the summer. 3x 24" monitors

Topped of the headphone stand with a Lug nut to stay with the theme.

It also makes a great area to watch the races with lots of in car cameras and Timing/scoring. While I have a race on the big screen on the other wall.:D

So lets see those gaming areas folks!!!

Nothing fancy, 65" Big screen, Xbox, Gaming/work pc, cable, next to the 80 gallon. All from the couch and close enough for the wife to bring me a cold drink.

    Sweet!!

Mine is in the corner adjacent to the sofa which has the 55" home theater setup on it. Close to the fridge and closer for my fiance to grab me a drink. :) I can listen to music on the living room speakers or put on my headphones when the lady wants to watch something annoying lol.

I think I saw this one on pintrest when I was looking for ideas and inspiration for my desk. Can you see the design influence that it gave to the final design?

Yeah it took 3 hours straight of dancing between broken websites and trying to fix a car at the same time . What a pain . Turns out one of the sites cart was full with xb series x .. It was weird . Best Buy.

I've updated my game room too . We'll kind of . My uncle was living with us for 2 years and moved out so I moved my geek gear to the room he was in . I'm welding up a sim cockpit now that my nrg race seat showed up . The jancky race stuff is temporary.

Things are about to change :) I welded this thing this week . It's home made but hopefully won't look too janky . I'm gonna make mounts for a mouse and keyboard . An ebrake and sequentail shifter will be next . The goal for tonight will be a mock up with the monitor and FOV .

Well I've completed the mock up before refinishing the frame and making a keyboard mount (left) and a mouse mount (right)
