Yea here to, I have been watching both here and there and temps and humidity have been about on par. I hate this time of the year, I go into hibernation from July until September. And the hell with working in attics, ever really LOL!!

Up here our seasons are: cold as hell, or hot and humid as fawk, 2 weeks of nice weather total between each season.

If you run one around the clock don’t expect it to last more than a few years. Also they can be energy hogs.

I installed this one under my Asheville house, working great a year later, have a remote panel for it too so you can monitor and control it from in the house. Maybe overkill for what you’re needing.

AlorAir Basement/Crawl Space Dehumidifiers Removal 120 PPD (Saturation) 55 PPD (AHAM), 5 Years Warranty, HGV Defrosting, cETL, Epoxy Coating, up to 1,300 Sq. Ft, Remote Control (Optional) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01LWA8J37/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_TOJsFbDX89CX3

most likely because she can’t refinance in just her name...

Did you file a quitclaim deed though?

Most likely because she don't wanna pay me and give up control. yes, she's signed paperwork agreeing to pay me the sum we agreed upon. Since she can't take that much out of the refinance alone, she's also agreed to payment in monthly installments until the balance is paid.

70% humidity when I started the dehumidifier. Down to 60% after 6 hours and the tank is already full.
