I’m sure this subject has been beat to death but I’m curious as to how much free play there is on the center bearing. I just replaced mine on my 2006 4wd with less then 500km and took a look at it today and noticed that it has about 1/4 to 1/2 in play. Now this is all play around the rubber boot so I’m hoping this is just normal. I have no problem while driving, vibrations or noises , etc. Just wondering if other have play on theirs.
