I’m seeing that there are many different things to use on videos and suggestions from here . Thanks  . I just watched a video from this guy and I found it helpful.

I have a grill spatula that I think is a little too rugged . Pic to follow.

not as bad as I thought but I think a more flexible and narrower one would be easier to work with

Did you have a good bday?
Yup!! He did awesome!!!I don’t know if I told you this story or not but when Austin was invited to go to Team Elevation for a training camp, by the end of the week they invited him to be a part of team. Neil offered for him to move out to Colorado and live with him. They lived together and became great friends. If it wasn’t for Neil, Austin wouldn’t be where he’s at. Neil is genuinely the nicest person I have ever met.

Well Good morning everyone(Except Gritto), just kidding. I hope it's a good day for all. I've been changing up my morning walk, and have finally found what I think is a perfect distance for me right now. With out walking any part of the roue twice, I'm doing just a little over 3 miles. Perfect for a man with a jacked up spine. I did really well on Friday and actually shaved 4 minutes off my best time so far WOOOT, I was stoked, unfortunately today was back to my normal speed of 70 minutes for the 3 mile distance.

I hope everyone enjoyed my convoluted story, and I'll entertain you from time to time with other fantastic tales of my family and friends. I'll write the next one with a more humorous subject matter. On a side note, trying to type this morning is extremely difficult since my Glaucoma has my vision blurry as shit.

Well shit, that sucks big time for Gritto, I hope he doesn't get locked up for it. I've never been to jail, but I've had plenty of friends that have, and none of them ever said it was a pleasant experience they'd like to repeat.
