    Did anyone else have a hard time getting the trailer harness to reach the new plug location? Mine won't reach by a couple inches (story of my life). Maybe I'm being stupid or mayne I just need to unclip the harness in a few places

    You might have to extend it, some are long enough and we have seen a few short ones.

    Mine was too short. I had to undo the retaining clips to get it to reach. I'll go back and extend it so I can secure it back in the stock retaining points.

    By 'extending' do ya'll mean splice in some wire on each? if so, that's no biggie, just want to make sure there's not some other better method i'm not aware of

    I tried a couple clips and got close maybe i’ll try again.

    dope thanks for finding that. It would be nice if i could find the other side connector too so its plug n play no dice on my searches. I’ll keep chuggin.

    So a quick word about the S1s. The flush mount bezels don't fit easily because the bumper is designed for standard bezels. I'm stubborn and I have good friends that were willing to help. So we made the opening bigger and drilled holes for the mounting bolts.

    Then we realized it's almost impossible to get the bolts in place due to the support bracket (where you are actually supposed to mount them) inside the bumper. So I used pop rivets to mount them. I'm much happier with the flush mount S1 so I think it was totally worth the extra effort.
