Will 2020’s be considered “rare”?

Sort of like this one? What Porsche, I don’t remember seeing one.

 

I certainly like that I can tell my friends that all my vehicles from BMWs to Toyotas are American made and have more American content than their Chebbys and Fards. (I have two Fards currently, Ranger is rock solid, the Fiesta, what a shit show.)

Anytime anybody mentions "made in America" I just want to point out the Ridgeline is #3 on the most "made in America" vehicle.

This is comparable to asking if the 1995.5 Tacoma is rare because it was only a half year, that certainly doesn't make it more valuable than other year 1st gens.

IMO what makes older Toyotas rare is if they are well maintained, low mileage, and not rusted out. So maybe if you own a 2020 in the year 2045 and only have 100k miles it will be rare.

I valet parked at a Country Club for a decade. We would caravan the elderly snowbirds cars to Florida and back. One year we took a 5 Speed Cimmaron from NJ to FL. It didnt make the trip home

No one really cares about low production number 08-09 4Runners or Lexus models due to the economy crisis so no one will probably care about a 2020 Tacoma either.
