2014 Tacoma DCSB 4x4

My truck came with an aftermarket steel front bumper and the gap on the drivers side is alittle tighter than on the passangers side. It actually rattles on the drivers side fender over potholes and is pretty annoying, i noticed afew adjustments for up down and left right but have no experience in adjusting these, could anyone guide me through this process as i was unable too get it too budge after loosening these.
