    Like, so many.
I mean, the Raptor isn't exactly a new vehicle. I think it's been out for a decade.

Well if the Reaper was their first attempt then perhaps this is their second?

And a “fad” in the car industry could be like 3-5 years.. then it dies off and interest leaves. Designing an entirely new performance truck in this price range doesn’t usually happen overnight it takes time and testing. Durability testing special suspension that’s on none of their other vehicles and programming their computers to dial in the transmission with their “Baja” mode (and others) as well as this new suspension can take time as well. These could make or break their sales come reveal and test time.

Part of what made Ford’s Raptor so miraculous was the fact that they designed and implemented it so quickly and their “testing” was short outside of Baja. To me, at least.

yup $117,000 from my research and you may be right about the stolen thing

There were no markings on ground or rocks and the trail was flat so i feel it was dumped there

It wasn’t so much what was wrong with the gen 1s vs how they were used. Numerous bent frames from folks sending it way harder than it was designed for. Ford ended up owning part of the issue either as a PR move or because their suits didn’t make it clear that jumps in advertisements weren’t meant to be recreated by end users.

They phased them out during 2018. Folks on the Jeep/ram/dodge forums we’re buying them up back then just to be able to have them.

This was super common for people who railed on their trucks right outta the gate. The frame couldn't handle continued use/abuse.

It was a combination of poor frame design & the location of the rear bump stops I believe. Aftermarket has a solution out pretty quick thankfully.

give it a few years and half of them wont be running any longer, and to this day ive gotten dozens of jeeps unstuck and ive only been stuck once and that was going to get a fully built jeep on 37s, in a pro with a 1 in lift so i could get 33s in there(further along now a days and havent been suck again) its these are way more capable than most people realize and im in desperate need of a regear but be pack a great package for weight and the near 300 hp will get you up some crazy shit.

    What's the milage? :anonymous:

Standard body width of the Tacoma is 75 inches.
The Ram 1500 is 82 inches.
This thing is supposed to clock in at a hair over 90 inches.

Imagine the pinstripes these guys are going to collect.
