Seems fairly reasonable for removing the valve covers and dropping the trans pan.

Are all those things bad, or are you just going around replacing a bunch of gaskets?

    All Data labor times:
    Both valve cover gaskets. 2.9hrs
    Intake manifold gaskets. 3.6hrs.
    Trans filter. 2.8hrs

    So, $600 sounds reasonable.

I'd skip the pan drop. A drain of the fluid will remove 90 percent of the particles on the screen ( it's not a filter) when the fluid back flushes out the drain plug.

Then yes, $600 is a good price.

Be aware that they are going to ask if they can change the transmission pan because of the messed up drain plug threads. That could get spendy.

The $600.00 in labor is not bad the bottom line is if your happy with the end results.

If things are done incorrect or poorly even $300.00 is to much.
