I have the LT265/75/R16 KO2's and they are an awesome tough tire. Still recommend them to anyone who doesn't want a MT. Once im out of school and purchase a 4wd i think I will go with them again. That being said these arrived today  Although they are the same size they are bigger so i'm curious how much they will rub.

Well heres an update for anyone who cares.I have put around 6k or so on them so far.

Road noise- Not bad fairly quiet to other MT's ive heard.

Wear- They seem to wearing fairly good no complaints.

Offroad- they do great offroad no complaints there in rock and dirt provide great grip buuuuut heres the problem they chunk BAAADDDDDDD.

Overall impression- Il be sticking with the BFG's from now on, IDK if this is my fault or what, but my driving style has not changed and I have been on all the same trails with these as my BFG's and they never did this. Anyway just figured id post it for anyone who cares.

Jesus, I have the wildpeak MTs with similar miles as you and no chunking. Do you have a warranty through the tire place you purchase it at?

I had the EXACT same chuncking with my BFG K02's actually, I had MUCH better success with the duratracs but only 2ply sides

It looks like maybe you are gassing it in rock sections too

My buddy has duratracs and they have been great for him. Ya maybe I just need to calm down with acceleration although I don't recall them ever slipping that bad. They do have great grip. The rubber just seems very soft.

I mean don't get me wrong, I want to S-can everything like its baja, that's why I love this truck over my jeeps, but i noticed with my locker on i was moving too fast through rock sections, especially when braking down downhills too, slow and steady but I like FAST

I ran a set of Firestone Destination M/T's that chunked that badly. I've also had BFG KbrOs chunk fairly bad as well. The Goodyear Wrangler Authority is still the best off-road tire I've used, followed closely by the Cooper Discoverer A/T3 and the Falken Wildpeak AT3W.
