Any woodworkers?

23ga pin nailer, yeah, that is my concern. Whatever route I go, i want to be able to just change out my other tools as they fail, but do not want just an oddball battery size...

 

Are you looking to save space? I would think 8" is kind of small for planning purposes. Sometimes my 12" is not wide enough.

 

The nice thing about the 18v Ryobi stuff is that there is a shitton of tools for woodworking, yard, and around the house.

 

I liked the concept but prob get the 12.5" or 13". I need to save space but with the planer just have to take it out when i need to use it then store it.

 

another idea would be to stay with Milwaukee for batteries and buy a pin nailer as a "tool only" then use an adapter such as

I have that pin nailer it's good I guess? Only one I've ever used. I only bought it for price and it matches my trailer tools that I already had an extra charger for so I had batteries.

 

Worked up a wannabe goose for the rear of the truck. Starting to like how easy it is to make accurate templates using scrap plexiglass. It’s gonna be temporary for my fridge slide and stove oven. Tired of not being able to have full access.

 

I have a lot of Milwaukee as well and did not want to pay the Milwaukee tax for a cordless nailer. I went with the Ryobi 18ga brad nailer and it is fantastic. For what thats worth.

 

I put that new Dewalt planer to use and made a sample shutter out of 2X4's and 1X4's over the weekend. I think it turned out pretty good.

 

Man i love when a plan comes together!

I bought the louver pin kit, the shutter bit and the louver pins from them. I am planning on making the real ones out of poplar. Their stuff seems pretty good. No issues with any of it.

 

My wife and I were at the Woodcraft store in Richmond a few weeks ago. She picked out this spalted Maple board and asked me to make her a box to keep some of her bracelets in.

I have a 93 1/2” x 1/2” bandsaw blade and a set of Cool Blocks blade guides for sale in the buy/sell/trade other forum.

 

Progress on 2 more arrowhead frames (some call them cases). Glass and backing are both integrated into the frames. No nails.
