Just keep in mind that the more you preload the 5100s the stiffer your ride will be. Much better option is going with a new coil (fairly cheap upgrade) and 5100s or another brand shock. You can easily pair OME 887s with 5100s and get the lift you want with a better ride.

    Looks awesome!!
I've always been told to never use spacers by my buddies with Ford's and rams.
    Is there any harm?

I've been watching vids with that and it seems like a better idea for sure.
In that case do you always set it at the lowest setting?

They're pretty common around here. They are pretty beefy and all put in with loctite. My first time with them so I have very little experience with them, but they allow me to run stock wheels with these tires, pretty much the only option.

Yes no reason to preload the 5100s in that case. I switched to a Dobinsons setup and prefer it over the OME. Less settling / sagging and better ride. Though i think they are a bit more than the OME/5100 option
I run wheel spacers and have had no issue. Just check torque when you rotate

If you use the factory spring it will ride the same regardless of what setting you put it on. The spring will carry the same load as before. The spring is just move up on the strut body.

No rub so far! definitely not on the control arms, I didn't see and on the front fender or body mount, but again....haven't been off road yet but for street driving no issues whatsoever! I'm stoked! AND the truck drives basically the same, I think since these tires are only 5lbs heavier than the E load 265s I had the main hit in performance I took was jumping to the 265/75/16s from stock.

I ordered the 5100's and AAL, did you do the differential drop or anything else?

Awesome bro. I did diff drop , Carrier bearing drop also. Some say no need IMO did it for safe measure. No problems at all. Also have the ecg bushing on hand if and when it goes. 10 k on lift no problems.

Yeah it definitely doesn't hurt to do it, cheap mods that could save a ton down the road.
I have no idea what the ECG bushing is or what happens

Did you get all of that from headstrong?

    Thanks that helps a lot.

So the 5100 I ordered are severely back ordered from bilstein and a few third party sites I checked.

What's your opinion on the supreme suspensions full kit?

    https://supremesuspensions.com/coll...ders-and-shims-4wd-4x4?variant=21410646720592

I'd probably do a 2/1.5 to keep some rake, or would the 1" plus a shim allow for that?

I'll add coils/5100 when it's time to replace the shocks or if I get bored in the next year.

I only really go on trails to take the dogs swimming or camping a couple of times a year, plus we get a lot of snow in the winters.
    Would this be suitable?

Honestly you’ll be fine. For light stuff. IMO. I ran a spacer lift also before I upgraded. But if I were to do it again I would’ve savedup thefirst time and bought Bilsteins. Just a thought.

If the 5100 are too long and you get antsy I hear nothing but good things from the eibach stage 2
