Ditch lights extension to the rear

2017 Tacoma TRD PRO

I tried searching for a thread regarding similar but was unable to find any, forgive me if I started a new thread where this has been asked 1200 times.

I'm putting two caliraised ditch lights on the bed rack and want to run the harness under the truck. The harness is for a ditch light setup on the front obviously so it will not fit.
What wire recommendations do you have for extending the wire safely and running it down the bed and under the truck?
