Wow! Great looking truck! Do you remember what the offset is on those wheels? With that in mind, I'm gonna ask some more questions at the shop in the morning before I turn my truck over to them. Thank you!

I love how it came out! No rubbing but they did remove the little mud guard forward of the front wheel.

@TacoChip AWESOME looking truck!!!! Im going with same rims but with 295/55/R20 tires not sure they will rub. Specs says only 1/2 wider compared to 285. Does these tires rub and how close are they from rubbing. You said you went with 1mm offset on the rims?

No rubbing but I haven't compressed the front end while turning, either.

Exactly right, my wheels are the Fuel Beast 20x9 1mm OS. I think the 20x9's come in 1mm, 19mm, and 30mm OS. I mentioned before that I would have preferred the look of the 19mm OS, but the tire looks pretty close to the structure of the truck with 1 OS. I don't think the bigger OS would have worked without doing some trim work.

I'm away from San Antonio for a few days but when I get back I'll take some up-close pictures and put them online.

And by the way, I am a complete newby at this stuff, but I want to thank Henry Estrada at 4 Wheel Parts for being so patient with me and for all the great work those guys did on my truck. (I'm not affiliated in any way with 4WP in any way but I'm grateful for the way they seem to care about their customers and for their excellent customer service)

@TacoChip very nice truck. I love that setup. I was researching for the exact same wheels and tire size and your post really helped me out. To make sure i have it correct, your running 20x9 with a 1 offset with 285/55r20's?? Have you had any significant rubbing issues??

Had some 20s on 33x12.50 Toyo opencountry A/Ts on my last Tacoma. I got alot of compliments on it. Other than staying away from chrome on my next wheels Id say its the plan for my new Taco as well. Other than the width being an inch narrower this time around.

I’m looking to run 285/55R20 on my stock tacoma. I don’t really want to change my control arms so how negative of an offset do I need? My rims are going to be Fuel Titans.
Also if I decide to run 275/55R20 what offset will I need then? And do I need to cut my body mount and put the CMC plate on it?

Nice look and though I run 16s, I thought to share my experience. I’m running 255/85R16s with an OEM suspension and 888 coils in the front and have zero rubbing even doing off-road stuff. Per your tires are .8” shorter and 1.2” wider. I suspect it’ll fit at OEM offset, though I may stand corrected.
