    alot of my co workers have tacomas as well and ive seen some with the 1st gen ebrake...the hand brake one

    From what I've seen, it depends on your state. For example, you don't see too many construction guys in NJ with foreign trucks because they're union. Here in SC, you see more because they aren't.

    no i was talking about the ebrake

    is that an option to get a hand brake instead of the foot one

    that is sitting nice i took 2 inch ply wood to mexico like 6 sheets and it sat nice sometimes it looks low but then i remember my trucks 2.5 lift in the front only

    10 years ago you woulda been shot if you drove a jap vehicle to a union job-site....now its actually becoming more common. there are 3-4 tacomas on my current site including mine. a 4 runner, older toyota van, and a couple compact toyotas. their acceptance has come a long way on the union sites....i get some shit sometimes (more fun than anything), and i just reply that my truck was made in the USA, where is yours made, then they shut up.
