I've placed an order through Sierra Expeditions since May 26, 2020 for my 2020 4runner that I bought in May. Made a deposit and I ordered ARB/OME lift kit, Dirt king uca and steel brake lines for the lift.

Haven't received an update until this week. This was after calling them 3-4 times a day for 3 straight days. Apparently the hold up was the Dirt king uca but I called Dirt king and they said last order they got was in 2019 with Sierra Expeditions. Dirt king also stated the last unknown order was early August and everything is shipped out and only take 2-3 weeks to ship.

Meanwhile, I have SCS rims, discount tires and Durobump stops sitting in my garage for at least 2 months. Where should I go or what should I do now? Also spoke to Will who seems like a nice guy at Sierra Expeditions but I'm getting the run around and apparently it's normal for every customer to wait nearly half a year to get their lift installed.

    Any updates?

You're not the only one dude. I ordered a front runner table from them on August 20th, and I tried calling and emailing them. No luck with getting in touch enough anyone. The website says their store is closed for maintenance but they can be contacted by phone or email.

Even their voice response system is broken. When punching in the option to check on a status of an order, it just goes back to the main menu and repeats itself.

I know things are weird with the economy, and a lot of business are having to deal with things, but I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company if I don't hear from them.

No updates. I'm quiet patient apparently. This Corona excuse is getting old and I'm just getting the run around. Going with another company and I'm getting an icon lift next week and I will file for a refund too. Hopefully, my gobi rack is coming in this month that I order in May.

Damn. That's a shame. Thanks for the info.
Luckily I ended up getting my credit charge reversed.

AnchorCop, I hope you get your deposit back.

Yeah, I started a claim. Got my lift in less than two days with BDM customs. Mike is a great guy and got everything done quickly and they even trim up my front mud flaps to avoid rubbing.
