    I promise you’re less disappointed than I am in myself lmao but wishing to squat 400 for reps doesn’t make it come true. Thus. I am stuck starting low with decent rep numbers and trying to build up. :laugh:

    I’m usually around 10 minutes for my times which is me just about dying. I’ve been running Calgary barbells 16week program and I’m halfway through. Been hard trying to incorporate running while feeling beat up all the time from the weights.

    Minimum run time is 12:15, 33 pushups and 40 sit-ups in a minute. It’ll be interesting because we have a 30minute window to take the test alone with just a few agents proctoring the test. Usually I get competitive motivation going against guys.
